How Virtual Mailbox works
This feature may be used to collect general information that may be shared by multiple people in the office (e.g., restaurant reservation lines, general inquiry mailboxes for after-hours questions, etc.). It’s an extension with a voicemail box only, so inbound or outbound calls are not available.
