Sub-Processors for GDPR
Vonage APIs (formerly Nexmo) uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing our services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Vonage APIs who agrees to receive personal data from Vonage APIs intended for processing activities to be carried out on behalf of our customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Vonage APIs; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Vonage APIs and the sub-processor.
